3 Ways To Style A Blanket Scarf This Season

Blanket scarves are by far my go to accessory for the Fall and Winter months. Their versatility and practicality throughout the chillier months make them a top contender when choosing my outfits each week. When the company, ILYMIX reached out to me and asked if I would like to feature one of their adorable blanket scarves on my blog, I knew I had to say yes as I simply adore scarves and were them constantly around this time of year,

For the first look I’m sharing my go-to way to wear a blanket scarf which is just the classic wrap around. There are tutorials everywhere online for this as it is the easiest way to wear a scarf and looks adorable on! I’m pairing mine with a simple black, oversized sweater, jeans, and my black over the knees to add some balance to the look.

If I’m not wearing a chunky sweater I’m typically wearing a fuzzy, knit cardigan with one of my summer tanks in order to maximize my wardrobe throughout the year. I paired my knotted scarf with the outfit and some simple black booties to complete the look.

When needing to dress up for the chillier months I always throw on a scarf. I’m wearing it blanket/shawl style this time around to keep extra warm and to keep the blanket scarf as the main focus of the outfit. I threw on my over the knee boots and my simple gold watch to finish it off.
